BELOW-GRADE WATERPROOFING – NEGATIVE SIDE

Application
Conpro Seal is mixed with water to a slurry consistency.
Substitute 1 quart of K-88 Admix for 1 quart of water
to increase adhesion and enhance waterproofing.
Two coats of Conpro Seal are recommended.
The second coat can be applied when the first coat is dry
to the touch. Conpro Seal is available in both white and
gray powder. Brush apply Conpro Seal with a drywall brush
or long handle brush. Use a circular or figure 8 pattern
to scrub the coating into the substrate.
Adhesion to smooth, dense substrates is difficult.
Add 1 quart of K-88 Admix to enhance bond.
It may be necessary to remove the surface paste by
sand blasting or mechanically abrading the concrete surface
to insure proper adhesion.
