CONCRETE REPAIR – VERTCAL AND OVERHEAD

Application
Add water and mix to a mortar-like consistency.
Mix only an amount that can be used within 10 - 15 minutes.
Do not re-temper. Place in 1 - 2 inch lifts.
Allow to become thumb-print hard before placing the next lift.
For final lift over-build about 1/4 inch and allow to take initial set.
Shave with the edge of trowel to final form.
Finish with sponge float.
Do not over finish as this will cause minor surface (map) cracking.
For deep repairs (2 inches or more) 3/8 inch aggregate may
be added at a rate of two parts Conpro Set to one part aggregate.
Use Conpro C309 Cure & Seal or follow ACI recommendations
for proper curing.
