CONCRETE REPAIR – VERTICAL AND OVERHEAD

Application
Build forms of plywood coated with a release agent.
Test integrity of forms by filling with water.
Drain water from forms. Mix and place Forment using a
carousel pump, rotor/stator pump or pour into an access port.
Consolidate the material in the repair zone by tapping the forms
lightly with a three pound hammer. Proper curing is critical.
Strip forms and apply Conproco C309 Cure & Seal
or follow ACI recommendations for proper curing.
