M3P is a unique paint-like material used to change the color of the substrate while adding protection against water,carbonation and other contaminants. M3P chemically reacts with any substrate containing calcium or alkali salts. M3P does not form a film on the surface as do paints and coatings, therefore it cannot peel or blister. Ideal for structures that are impractical to paint because of difficult access or concerns of future maintenance. Primex is used as a pre-treatment for M3P.
