Project History
This building, originally built in 1927, was primarily
constructed of brick and brownstone. All loose brownstone
was removed and the remaining sections were treated
with a consolidant. MIMIC was used to recreate the
detailed, ornamental floral pattern. In order to keep the
color consistent between new and existing building
materials, MIMIC TR was used.
