Project History
The Blair House facade was showing advanced signs of
wear and tear from over 30 years of New England winters.
The stucco exterior was resurfaced with Conproco’s
Structural Skin applied directly to the sound stucco
substrate and finished with Conpro Flex synthetic stucco.
A new 5-storey addition was constructed with Dens-glas,
reinforcing fabric, Conpro Base and finished with Conpro
Flex. The new entryway was constructed with CMU’s,
then Structural Skin and finished with Conpro Flex.
The back walls were coated with Conpro Lastic.
When completed the appearance was that of a single
structure with a uniform design.
