Project History
The former Berkander jewelry manufacturing plant
required major renovations for its new life as the
CVS Highlander Charter School. Corroded rebar caused
extensive spalling of the exterior concrete surfaces.
The ECB, Conpro Set and Conpro Lastic repair system
provided corrosion protection, repairs and waterproofing.
The restoration earned a 2008 RI Historical Preservation
and Heritage Commission award.
