Project History The historic beaux-arts style playhouse was built in
the first decade of this century and is the sole surviving
theater designed by Carrere & Hastings.
MIMIC was used to recreate the ornate frieze with panels,
the cartouches and carved bearded heads.
The cornice was replaced with GRC. Conpro Lastic was
chosen for waterproofing and decorative finish.
