Project History
Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs recently underwent
renovations to convert the space under the grandstand
into a new gaming parlor. This required repairing
and waterproofing the grandstand area.
The grandstand itself is a combination of steel treads
and risers divided by a concrete plaza.
Full depth repairs to the plaza were made with
One Shot Ag, while edging was repaired with Forment.
Once repairs were complete, the Elastideck and
Super Color Stain HR system was installed to provide
an attractive, breathable, waterproof system.
The concrete block rising walls were repaired using
the Direct RM Conproco Exterior Wall System.
