Project History
The The Florida climate is tough on coatings and even worse
for balconies. Salt spray, carbonation, constant wet and dry
cycling and wind driven rain, cause significant damage
to concrete over a period of time.
The condominium association required products that
provide long-term protection to protect their investment
and reduce future maintenance costs.
